Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The furniture must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to start the return process. Please provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the Item: Safely repack the furniture in its original packaging. Ensure all parts, instructions, and accessories are included.
  3. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label, or you can choose your own shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
